Perfectly situated right on Town Beach, you will enjoy stunning, panoramic views right across the bay, from the window seats in the lounge and from the large twin bedroom upstairs. A Scilly sunset is something not to be missed!

 On the first floor is the kitchen with breakfast bar; it is semi open plan leading through to the L-shaped lounge and dining room. The lounge/ dining area has a sofa and armchairs for 4 and a dining table for 4. The bespoke mantle piece frames a Dimplex flame effect fire and a coffee table sits in front of this.

The bathroom is also on this floor – and comprises a bath with integrated shower, WC and basin. It has a heated towel rail and recessed lighting. Water is heated by an immersion heater.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a large twin room at the front, which benefits from the beautiful views, and a sunny double room at the back, overlooking Church Street.

The quay is only a short five-minute walk away and town beach is on your doorstep.
