The accommodation is accessed via a wide reception hall, from which there is a flight of stairs leading to the first-floor accommodation.
The feeling of space is enhanced by a large open-plan kitchen/diner, complete with dishwasher and washing machine, and an adjoining lounge area with a balcony offering panoramic views towards the Eastern Isles.
There are two bedrooms on this level, a double room with en-suite bathroom and a twin room with private shower room. There is also a third double bedroom on the ground floor with a wonderful triple aspect window arrangement overlooking surrounding fields
Watermill also benefits from its own private garden with patio and outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.
Dogs are welcome at Watermill but do bear in mind that the garden is not fully enclosed. There is an additional charge of £50 per dog per stay.
For groups of up to 13 people, Watermill can be booked in conjunction with Bar Point. For groups up to 15, it can be booked with Bar Point and Pelistry.
