The Dairy Flat is part of the building known as The Dairy, which was originally constructed for St Mary’s milk processing and bottling plant, hence its name. It can be reached from Higher Strand via a flight of 7 external steps with handrail on the side of the building. The building can also be approached from Church Street, on the level. The Flat is clearly signed.
